Terms of Service

2026-09-20 · These terms govern use of MadeToOrder OS (the mobile apps, the web admin and the API), operated by Erkan Bircan (Selvola). By creating a workspace you accept them on behalf of your business.

The service

MadeToOrder OS is a job, proof-approval, inventory and cost-tracking system for made-to-order shops. The iOS app is not currently offered for purchase. Monthly subscriptions and optional storage are planned for a future hosted release; final terms and Apple-localized prices will be presented before any purchase. Current development builds work offline; hosted access is limited to test workspaces.

Your responsibilities

• You are the controller of the end-customer data you enter; you must have a lawful basis for it and honour your own customers' requests. We process that data only on your instructions (see the Data Processing Addendum).
• Do not enter health information protected by HIPAA or equivalent, or any content you have no right to process. Uploaded designs remain yours; you grant us the limited right to store and process them to run the service.
• Keep credentials safe; accounts are per-person. You are responsible for activity under your login.

Approvals and evidence

Proof approvals recorded in the system are intended as reliable evidence of what was approved and when. We preserve approved content, its checksum and the bound specification immutably; we do not guarantee that this evidence will be accepted by any particular court.

Availability, suspension, termination

The app itself runs on your device and keeps working offline; we do not promise uninterrupted availability of any connected backend. We may suspend hosted-backend accounts for abuse or breach of these terms. On termination you can export your data; deletion follows the published retention policy (commercial records included) after a 30-day grace period.

Security incidents

If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data we will notify you without undue delay (target: within 72 hours) so you can meet your own legal obligations.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

The operator's place of business (Türkiye), without prejudice to mandatory consumer/shop protections in your country.
