MadeToOrder OS

The shop-floor OS that works when your Wi-Fi doesn't — with proof-of-approval that holds up when a customer changes their mind.

Job management for made-to-order shops: print, engraving, embroidery, signage, awards. Approve proofs with the customer, bind production to the exact approved version, track inventory and true cost per job — offline first, on iPhone and iPad, with a web admin for the desk.

• Offline-first iOS. Orders, proofs and production move on the floor without signal; connect your own server in Settings and it syncs with conflict resolution.
• Proof-of-approval chain. Checksums bind what the customer approved to the specification and bill of materials that was actually produced. Corrections create new versions; originals are never overwritten.
• Honest books. Append-only inventory and cost ledgers. Negative inventory is refused; every correction is a visible reversal, not a silent edit.

Plans and availability

MadeToOrder OS is preparing a subscription release with optional hosted team workspaces and storage plans. Prices and launch dates are not yet announced. The app is not available for purchase on the App Store yet. Current development builds can be used offline; hosted subscriptions are not open to customers.

Workspace sign in is available for existing test workspaces.
